Hi, I’m Michelle — a working mom of two and the creator of The Meal Prep Mom.
I started sharing how I plan and prep our meals because I needed a way to feed my family without cooking something completely new every night or spending all weekend in the kitchen.
I care about eating well, I work full-time, and I’m feeding both adults and toddlers — which meant traditional meal prep and rigid meal plans just wasn’t working for us.
Now, I plan our weeks using a simple, repeatable system:
